Programs we fund
Did you know that our PTC has an annual budget of just under $22,000? We are extremely proud that our PTC spends the most per child than any other elementary school in Rockford!

Here's what most of your PTC budget provided for our awesome kids last year:
Classroom Funding - The PTC provides money to our classroom teachers, Art/Music/PE teachers and reading resource teachers each school year. These funds are relied on by our teachers and used for classroom materials and supplies that are not provided by the district.
Field Trip Transportation -The PTC provides money for field trip transportation for our K, 1st and 2nd graders.
Teacher Grants - The PTC approved a grant for playground equipment last year- nine square! Grants can be awarded to teachers who make presentations to the PTC in person at the monthly meeting.
Fun Events & Activities - PTC budgets money for fun events and activities including: Breakfast with a buddy, Holiday Crafts, Evening with Santa, Field Day, Talent Show, popcorn days and Staff Appreciation days just to name a few!
Library - The PTC gave to our school library to buy new books.
3rd, 4th and 5th Grade Field Trips -The PTC was able to budget the costs of admission to Lansing, Zoo School and Chicago!
Volunteer
We LOVE our volunteers! We are building a thriving community of parents, teachers and local businesses, who are coming together to enrich our children's education!
We are always looking to expand our volunteer pool! So if you would like to come see what its all about, have fun, make new friends and most of all help create a fun environment for our Kids
